De-Trash the Wabash

De-trash the Wabash is an annual event in which hundreds of volunteers come together in the spirit of community service to help clean up the Wabash River.  This event unites both the young and the young-at-heart for a common goal – cleaner waterways.

The De-Trash event was cancelled for April 29th due to the high water levels we are currently experiencing.  Join us for the De-Trash the Wabash 2017 Spring Event on April 29th at Tapawingo Park near Wabash Landing from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.  Wabash Landing has generously agreed to provide free parking in their garage across the street. Volunteers should bring a non-disposable water bottle, wear rugged shoes, and dress for the weather.
